There are two ways to be part of a Studio 72 development: fund your own, or partner with us on one of ours. Both can be rewarding — the right choice depends on your capital, your appetite for risk, and how hands-on you want to be.
Developing your own
You own the project outright, fund it (often with finance), and keep the full return. It offers the most control and the most upside — but you also carry the full risk, the capital requirement and the responsibility. With Studio 72 managing the process end to end, much of the burden is handled — but it remains your project.
Partnering with us
As a development partner, you participate alongside Studio 72 in a project we source, structure and deliver. Your capital is returned before a share of net profit, per the unitholder agreement — so you share in the success without carrying the full risk or workload of developing alone. Partner opportunities are offered to eligible investors and detailed in a private briefing.
The honest trade-offs
- Control vs convenience — your own project gives control; partnering gives a hands-off role.
- Return vs risk — sole ownership keeps the full return and the full risk; partnering shares both.
- Capital & experience — developing your own needs more of both; partnering leans on ours.
Either way, one team
Whichever path suits you, the same experienced team, disciplined feasibility and Scout™ oversight sit behind the project.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between funding my own and partnering?
Funding your own means full control and the full return, but the full risk and capital. Partnering shares the risk and workload for a share of the outcome.
Do I need my own site to develop with Studio 72?
No — we can source and secure a suitable opportunity on your behalf, or work with a site you already own.
How does the partner model work?
Eligible investors participate in a project we deliver; capital is returned before a share of net profit, per the unitholder agreement.
